I love water and the ocean. It's as close as I'll ever get to human-powered flight. And, like with the astronomical scale of space, my puny brain doesn't comprehend the vastness of the ocean to get too scared of it.

Having said that, I ain't doing a deep sea dive. But give me up to, say, 30ft depths with no currents or undertows and I'm a pig in mud.

Anyways, I was wondering how many users are on X in reality. I have two completely different accounts, one political and the other porn and often I get the same, low followers account being recommended. And by seeing many similar posts of posters I actually talked to in real life make me think there aren't that many users.

Thanks, man. Just the cancer, man. The tumor was detected breaking up against my left frontal lobe about five years ago. They weren't able to remove it because it had wrapped itself around an artery or tendon (can't remember), but it was about the size of a small apple. The radiation and chemo definitely staved it back, but some days it's still a terror.

I figured it was about your tumour as I remember our DMs from years ago.

I know this sounds cliché but don't give up and stay strong. Life is worth living 🙂

FYI I'm still undergoing chemo for the last 18 months but I don't want to make this about me.

I think streetlights at night feel a bit lonely, even if they're just lamps.

Sometimes I wonder how many tabs people have open in their heads at once.

Lost $300 at the casino. My numbers kept hitting when I wasn't playing it. >_< could have been an amazing day instead of a mildly depressing one. (Roulette)

I don't understand gambling.

I do have the alcoholic gene but I can't picture myself getting excited over playing 21 or roulette.

The previous time I went (2 months ago)
I actually won $1100. That was probably my all time high. Usually I claw my way up $200 up or down and go back to the room and watch the badly calibrated tv. and eat at the complementary buffet for the rest of the night.

I got dealt a bad hand. Got both the alcoholic and gambling gene lol. I'm fun at parties. 😅

I join the occasional poker game with friends, but that's more of a social thing, and I do have the rare drink once in a while. But keep it at a minimum, don't see the need to risk finding out if I have the "bug" as I've seen it wreck the life of several family members.

But if people have fun and don't get addicted I'm all for it.

I say this with all seriousness, and please forgive me because this type of cancer has all kinds of random effects on my memory, but I don't remember you sharing that with me. Where is your cancer, and you're still doing chemo?! My heart (and stomach) go out to you, my friend. Worst pain I can recall was chemotherapy. I had to beg for steroids to ease the pain.

Thank you for your reply I was worried about you.

Yes you shared with me about your tumor a couple of years ago.
I've been undergoing chemotherapy since October 2024 every 2 weeks on Wednesdays.

But the treatment is working as intended and I trust my oncologist 200%.
It's my 2nd time undergoing chemo.
My original diagnosis was a tumor in my colon in 2018.
My large intestine was removed and I now have a stoma and a poop bag 😋

The chemo was successful however I got 4 metastasis which spread to my right lung in 2024.

I know cancer will eventually kill me by spreading to my brain or spine but I won't give up. It's cancer you know!? It won't give up and be relentless.

But I can't imagine what you're going through and I can only offer my sympathies and warm regards.
 
Crap, I woke up yesterday day with a really really bad pain in my neck, like pulled or strained muscle. Stiff, hurts pretty bad when trying to move it to one side.. currently icing /heating it and taking a few over counter pain killers.

If I don't see any improvement within a day or 2 I'm going to the doctor.

Or is this just something ya got to deal with as you get older...

Probably because women usually only have one child at a time, where as most mammals have multiple in one go. Also it's just weird looking to have more than 2 nipples, God was like "Nope, 2 will do".
 
If space aliens exist, I wonder do they play videogames. What genres of videogames do they like the most? Since these space aliens would be far superior to us in technology, what would the specs of the gaming machines be like?
 
isn't it weird that "Falcons" is used as this cool and fierce mascot for sports teams?

like the Atlanta Falcons! the Cologne Falcons! Team Falcons (an eSports team).

yet, falcons are just those adorable little birds the size of a bunny.
