I thought they were all but dead! They should be given the Perfect Dark I.P rights back....also on the flip side, I never understood the big deal of their Battletoads games, they were never as good as the T.M.NT series or games anyway...
It's great being old. It just sucks not being young anymore.I appreciate that hey have made some great games, and that I am old.
I guess they are a developer close to your heart then...
It is a blessing to grow old. It's great being old. It just sucks not being young anymore.
Battletoads were better for a minute.I thought they were all but dead! They should be given the Perfect Dark I.P rights back....also on the flip side, I never understood the big deal of their Battletoads games, they were never as good as the T.M.NT series or games anyway...
The skull maybe? Just as well anyway. I replayed Grabbed by the Ghoulies last Summer and it's not a fun game. Graphics held up surprisingly well, though, thanks to the simplistic art design.I don't see any Grabbed By The Ghoulies characters here![]()

I don't think they will with games running classic Xbox and 360 code as well as the IP minefield of Golden Eye. It was easy to do on Xbox One with everything already in place but it would be too expensive to port relative to potential sales.Jesus, that artwork is fucking awful. Looks like it was knocked out in 20 mins. AI slop maybe?
If Microsoft/Rare want easy money... put Rare Replay on PC.
Why would they shut down Rare, who has been their most successful developer? They need to support them. Rare not having anything to announce since SoT port is nuts.It doesn't have any of the original staff so I mean whats to celebrate? I'd be surprised if Microsoft doesn't shut it down.
I would imagine Microsoft will lean into their classic IP catalog when pushing these upcoming AMD chips that will have OG/360/XBO compatibility. Also, GoldenEye isn't in Rare Replay. It's a standalone game.I don't think they can with games running classic Xbox and 360 code as well as the IP minefield of Golden Eye.
Celebrating a game where a boy saves his girlfriend/damsel in distress in current year? Yikes! That's a big nope.I don't see any Grabbed By The Ghoulies characters here![]()
You are technically correct but owning the Rare Replay is the only way to play GoldenEye without a subscription on any modern console.I would imagine Microsoft will lean into their classic IP catalog when pushing these upcoming AMD chips that will have OG/360/XBO compatibility. How can Rare be turning 40 when they died in 2002?
A new Dynamic background too.
