but if they add something to the PSN store for the game will i be able to get it since its the EU game? lol im not upset over a demo i just dont want their to be NA exclusive add ons that i cant get for some reason

My guess is the game is $30 because Deadlocked isn't being included any longer and it's just going to be $10 on PSN when it comes out. It won't be DLC either, it will be stand alone.
