Don't worry, it's being handled by Gameloft. Likely an upscaled port of the surprisingly good N-Gage version (a la Asphalt Urban GT).

Not yet, but I wouldn't doubt it. I bet it gets a Rayman 4 port alongside the console versions... UbiSoft seems to port Rayman almost everywhere.
