Done it, loved it but having to lather sunscreen all over my head in summer annoys me. And I do think the ladies of GAF should give shaved heads a try, it's a definite conversation starter for women.

I like having all this hair. It's very warming in the winter.
Besides, I'd be a little afraid of know what my head looks like underneath all of this hair. From what I've felt, it isn't pretty.
Yep, I'm pretty convinced that my head looks like a malformed potato and the longer I can keep my hair the better.
Long hair > Shaved hair, taking a showing, putting up your hair, then taking your hair down 6 hours later and having that fresh shower smell.
I miss my long hair.

You know, I felt the same way until I did it for the first time but it's actually pretty rare to find someone with a totally misshapen head. The warmth I understand though, I haven't worn a winter hat in years! Then again, it's 20C+ in winter here some days so I'm probably not the best example

Terrible things happen to this character and I don't really identify with her at all, but I like the book and I like the name so I started using it for all my gaming related stuff back in 2005. It's convenient because mostly I haven't run into any times where the name was already taken (in gaming communities), so I don't have to resort to strange spellings or numbers or anything like that.

The Simpsons is my favourite series of all time, so even though it got crappy for a long time I continued to watch it regularly for the occasional episode where they nailed it, because at those times it was still better than 90% of what was on TV. There's an episode during the dark years where Homer, Lisa and Bart go to see Cosmic Wars and they run into a pot-smoking "Gungan" called Jim-Jam Bangs who is a satire of George Lucas' predilection for making all the bad/stupid characters in Star Wars non-American.

I was a total weeaboo when I was younger, and a huge Megaman Battle Network fanboy, so I used the characters Japanese names for everything, and the main character's brother's name was Saito. I really liked the name, so I decided to use that for awhile, eventually shortening it to Sai, and then started to use Sai-kun (-kun is just an honorific for young kids/friends in Japan), and that kinda stuck!

I've gone bald for a period. Got a surprising good amount of attention from girls. There's definitely confidence in rocking that look.

I used other nickname the one I have in PSN/XBL/Steam but it's banned on many forums . Mine kinda evolved over time. It was "Mr. Beef" at first after an episode of Rocko's Modern Life where Filburt was getting married. Then I went through a weeaboo phase and changed to "nikusan" (which I found out later was incorrect but whatever :lol).
When i finally got a PS3 I found out you couldn't use punctuation marks, and I didn't like how "MisterBeef" looked. I went with the first word that I thought was better, and now I'm Professor Beef.
I hear that, nobody starts out a Professor. For awhile I imagine you were Graduate Student Beef.

Mine is a vague reference to the sound novel series Umineko no Naku koro ni. (When the Seagulls Cry) Pretty much refers to a scene in Episode 3: Banquet of the Golden Witch where the protagonist reaches a state of magic refusal that prevents it from harming him or as they put it "Endless Nine."
