Have you ever tried Choctal Nib? It's an ultra premium ice cream using beans of single origin. It's surprisingly affordable, and packs some of the most intense and complex chocolate and vanilla flavors I've ever experienced. The density and texture of the stuff is to die for.

Seriously though, mint chocolate is awesome. Its got this cool (literally) balance of flavors and doubles as a snack and after dinner mint.

Fuck, I must have these.Speaking of the 14th...last Val I bought my other half (among other things) a bunch of these. They were valentines exclusive, never seen them again, but holy shit were they amazing. Possibly the best. If you ever find them, buy them without hesitation.
