Around here (the NYC to Boston corridor), goth is a pretty normal fashion as long as you're not all facepainty. It's one of the standard options when we want to go to a club with nice people in.

I'm actually growing my hair out again for a second donation to Wigs for Kids. This was taken a few weeks before the first time I donated.
edit: Wow, my hair was really light when I was young, now that I look at it. I still get a little lighter during the Summers, but not by that much.
edit2: btw, yours there is one of the hottest pictures I've seen in this thread. That or it reminds me of Japanese horror films, depends on my mindset at any given moment. ;D

It's just the camera. I posted before in the thread how I wore prescription brown contacts but I've never worn fashion contacts. The red is quite appropriate though!

Next up, is me again at about 3 years old in Japan. My Dad photographed this just outside of Yokosuka.
Still in Japan, at about age 4 1/2ish, my mother and I climbed Mt. Fuji.
And finally, many years later at 16, with hair, and in Florida on a trip where I earned my advanced open water scuba diving certification.
