What the hell is that link?

Just gimme your specs and I'll tell you if 300Watt is enough. And please describe your problem a little more accurately, thanks.

The link is a quicktime file.

Using a Intel P4 2.6 with a MSI P4MAM2-V mobo.

edit: i click the power switch and the fans and lights turn on for about half a second then switch off.

Did you connect this?

Looks like somethings being shorted, are you sure you put the mobo onto the case correctly? Try taking it out and putting it together outside of the case.

ok i took it out and ran it with just the mobo processor and fan and it booted up just fine. I slowly added one part at a time. It's now sitting in the case with one stick of ram and the graphics card, fans, and hard drives are all powered. Thank you. it's nice to see it powered and purring.

The new problem i've hit is the computer is on and running, but i am getting no display out of the monitor. The Graphics card is powered and works on other computers, the monitor works on other computers, so i dont think those are faulty. I tried using the VGA that comes out of the mobo and then the DVI out of the graphics card and no luck on either. I tried resetting the CMOS and the BIOS and still no luck. I dont have an internal speaker on my case so i can't hear any beeps. Any ideas?

What does the computer do when you turn it on? Does the intergrated video work when the AIW is removed (what sort of AIW is it)?

the AIW doesn't work and the integrated vga doesn't work either. i'm not positive but i think it's the AIW9000pro.
