Reccomend some games for me!

I am not usually the type of guy to build up a huge library of games. I think total I might have like 50 or so. Anyway, most of them are PS1, Xbox, and DC games. I have a PS2 and a Gamecube, but only own 3 total games between them. Why? I dunno.

I have Rumble Roses for PS2, Metroid Prime and RE4 for Gamecube. I am considering selling both of those systems in favor of buying more Xbox stuff. I know I'll probably regret selling the cube, so I don't think I will. But the PS2 almost seems like an overpriced PS1. I hardly ever play it and don't see any games on the horizon that make me salivate.

Games I like: Anything but sports. Xbox's lack of RPGs has me wanting to get some for the PS2, but it seems like now all the RPGs have long fucking cutscenes that you have to sit through and I don't have the patience for that anymore. I own/played through Xenogears, Wild ARMS, Breath of Fire III, Final Fantasy 7, Final Fantasy X, and Vandal Hearts. Loved them all. But none of the PS2 RPGs out now make me want to play them. Anything out there I should try anyways?

And what about my cube? Never could get into Metroid and RE4 is really the only reason I own one. And that game is fucking awesome. I just almost can't see hanging onto it for one game, y'know? Open my eyes for me.

Thanks in advance.

Shadow Hearts has a crapload of dialogue to go through (at least so far, in my experience), but the battles ROCK. I can't say anything about SH2 yet.

If you want an RPG that's nearly cutscene-free, Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne is the way to go.

The cutscenes ROCK too. You're playing the first one right? Don't say the opening video didn't rawk your sawks. THWACK right in the eye.

That opening scene did indeed kick ass. Yuri reminds me of FFX's Tidus, minus the wussiness, and plus the ability to reattach his own arm if it's severed from his body.

Best part is he doesn't lose the wussiness, like Ryudo!

Ryudo was pretty sweet, until he went insta-wuss. BUT YURI DEFIES THIS BY NOT DOING SO. YURI ROX
