Narration:
As many of you know, our beloved narrator, Wayne June passed away just after our initial Kingdoms launch in January. He has delivered iconic readings for Darkest Dungeon for a decade, and we want the legacy of his performance to remain untouched. As such, we will not be training an AI model, recasting the Academic, or attempting to recreate his voice in any way. His work stands for itself, and we are eternally grateful to have had such an incredible collaboration with him. Kingdoms modules 2 and 3 will not add any further work from Wayne - consider this a moment of silence in his honor.

Using A.I to recreate dead actors/actresses voices and faces etc should be illegal. Let the dead rest and respect them by leaving them alone. I'm glad they've decided to respect him by choosing to not use A.I.

RIP Wayne June and my sincerest condolences for the family. A great talent has left us and I am honored to be able to pay my respects here.

I'm not mad about it but I'm the opposite. I don't think we should let our feelings get in the way of a beneficial tool for all mankind.

We've all grown up thinking we are special. We are all "The one" we are all "Him" but for once, wouldn't it just be nice to think on a larger scale than our individual lifetimes?

Imagine what could be accomplished if our priority wasn't giving credit for a particular work, but rather working together to achieve a shared goal.

I think that impression is the sincerest form of flattery and we live on in memories once we are gone. If we could make our favorite people live again, even if only in song or spoken word, why shouldn't we? Hey AI, once I'm dead, you can use my posts to learn from and try to imitate me, I won't be angry. I will probably be flattered.
