Vindication...sweet.
Another exclusive offering drops in favor for EB and Gamestop thanks to Capcom, as they'll be the only provider for Resident Evil: 10th Annivesary Edition for GameCube come October 24th. Price for this special edtion game comes at $39.99.

If you RE nuts know what this RE 10th Ann. Edition game is all about, then drop specifics on it. Will it be the REmake with extra goodies to compliment it, or will it be a compilation package of RE games at an absurdly, but nice price?

sorry, i assumed you just missed the page over on eb's site. I don't know about the exclusivity stuff but would assume it would be true by default in that many other stores don't carry the collector's editon of smaller releases.
 
I love Capcom. I love Resident Evil. I'm setting aside money until I find out what it is, then figuring out what to do from there.

Is there any indication they are going to fix the controls? The stupid gun aiming crap is incredibly annoying... I want my perspective to change as im aiming..

Fine, but what about Lost Planet: Director's Cut? When is Capcom going to announce that for the PlayStation 3? A few days before the Xbox 360 version comes out?

Nah, thats kind of old. Thats I think the greatest hits version of RE4 PS2 for Japan, they changed the box art and made it an anniversay version.

The wierd part of all this is the $40 price tag, unless its new, why would it cost that much (and don't remind me of the ports).

Its not RE4. IF it was it would be called RE4: 10th Anniversary Edition. This is probably a compilation of RE1-3 and maybe CV.

IF that is the case, SOLD.

Meh. You can play the next first person shooter i guess.
There's styles you know, you like or you don't. Third person action/shooters rocks.

LOST PLANET IS PERFECT MMMKAY? :D

I already owned RE (remake) and RE 4. Don't own the rest yet! Hard copies to find.
 
I am thinking it's going to be a box set with Resident Evil Zero, Resident Evil, and Resident Evil 4. If it is then hopefully Resident Evil 4 will have all the PS2 extras.
 
RE2/3/CVX please! That'll knock down the stupid overpricing people have them at and let me finish the collection on GC!
