Lucky you, the store clerk wouldn't give it out, even after I told him that everyone on Neogaf allready has it... oh well, my time schedule for today is full anyway. So no harm done if I'm getting it tomorrow morning.
Enjoy it, and yeah, pretty much every athletic move he makes would look disturbing in such an outfit^^
But it would be fun nonetheless.
I feel the same. Actually expected a lower score from Eurogamer as well while reading the review. Too bad that the game seems to get very actiony towards the end.

Speakers are shitty. Although since Ace Combat ive been playing always with headphones of the 3DS
I fucking love it. I dont understand the hate. And I really like that is not only cut in chapters, but that they tried to make it like a tv series, with the "previously on" and the commercial cut at the middle (without commercial though, although that would have been really cool)
I felt the first boss somewhat cheap, because he had a 1 kill attack he used sometimes and
there are BOWs regenrating al over the room at the same time

I've never really played the other RE games, mostly because I hate being startled so much. With this though I can say that I'm bypassing that fear and enjoying the crap out of RER since yesterday!

Lets say, playing the game, that im not of the same thought. cvxfreak also have stated here that the game is amazing.
I really like the change of pace separated by the "commercial" cut in each episode.

Wonderful is debatable. Having the text all in images is a terrible trend on GAF that just needs to die. I mean, it looks pretty and I'm sure it's informative, but I can't ctrl+f the info I want so I just skip it entirely.

Got my zavvi order today! Always thought it was weird when people said they were horrendous for deliveries. I've ordered 5 games off them now over the past 6 months and every one has come a day early. It's a pity I might have to go hospital ASAP due to pissing blood and really bad kidney pains (awaiting phone call from my specialist )

Yes, yes there is! It's called raid mode and it's a coop mode that is playable online as wella s local. It seems to be pretty extensive with tons of unlockables like new characters, weaopns, weapon aupgrades, costumes, stat upgrades. And so far most of the reviews sounded like this is even better than the campaign.

Got my Japanese copy today. Happy that you can change the voice from Japanese to English. Somehow it just doesn't feel right to hear Jill speak Japanese...
Game is excellent so far. You can adjust the 3D depth in game which is really good - I changed it to the deepest setting and the 3D is excellent. Graphics is top notch - still cannot believe that 3DS is capable of producing graphics like this.
Game is easy so far, but I only just finished the first episode. Cannot wait to play more!

Hopefully me copy arrives before the end of the next week. That would still give me a headstart before the US release.
I went game only today but may pick up the CPP tomorrow.
Would love to hear more impressions of what the accesory adds to RER before tomorrow if people have them.

The first time I played the demo with headphones, the game sounded horrible. I then tried it after switching the 3DS sound option from surround to stereo, and the game sounded much better. The gunshots went from sounding like warbled tinny pops to the iconic RE4 sound...which still kind of sounds like something popping when you really listen to it.
The sound in the demo was shitty (as in Mercenaries), but honestly in the final game I'm loving it.
Have you notice, playing with headphones, that the sounds is "3D"? I mean optophonic, like in Nazo Waku Mansion (released by Capcom on 3ds in Japan)
Great add value to the atmosphere.

I've been using noice cancelling bose headphones on the 3ds with the surround sound on, sounds awesome..

The 3D looked pretty bad in the demo. Asides from that, it's resident evil alright.
