If you mean all three EE's in one box with NOTHING DIFFERENT THAN THE OTHER EE's...then most likely before the end of the year.

If you are thinking of a massive boxed set with all three movies and new stuff not in the other Extended Editions, Jackson has said something like that won't happen until well into the lifespan of HD-DVD.
