MTV Games has a huge booth this year at E3 - it's towards the back of the room but it's just as big as EA, XBOX 360, Ubisoft, and uhh... Disney Interactive.

Now it's just a question of whether or not we'll see RB3 at Microsoft's Natal event two weeks from today. My guess is no... but who can really say...

If we do then it won't bode well for my expectations of RB3.
 
BUT!

I did just think that Natal would be amazing if it helped the interface in RB3.

Remember that Natal demo way back when where that kid walked up and his XBOX logged him in and recognized his face.

It would be awesome if you didn't have to manually sign in 7 people to get a full band going in Rock Band 3. What if people just walked up to the tv / in front of the Natal camera and they were logged in and setup ready to play. Would be sick. /hard to implement.
 
I wouldnt mind HMX adding some "gimmicky" optional extra modes with Natal. As long as Natal does not end being a priority for RB3, I can live with that.

I bought my first LP-records today! I don't have something to play them on yet but I just had to buy these.

I also really wanted Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and maybe some Queen or Iron Maiden or Aerosmith but yeah, didn't have enough cash ]:

Letting them play it, and blacklisting them on every future product. Break the embargo, no quotes, no content, no free copies before release to review, ever.

Pedro, I was probably the person most looking forward top Pantera, and I have to say that they are kinda, meh. Don't know about drums, though. Vinnie Paul is pretty good, but I cannot imagine them being tricky or inspired. Pantera is definately a band that is best listened too. As much as it pains me to say it.

I have my vinyls packed away...I haven't checked on them in about three years, though, so now I'm paranoid that they're heat warped from a pretty intense heat snap we had two years ago. Oh well...the way I figure it, as long as I don't check on them, they're still in pristine condition. Schrödinger would be proud.

I keep getting tempted when I see the vinyl section at best buy and such, but I just can't bring myself to buy more of them unless I set up a house-wide sound system with a good turntable. I guess my most recent vinyl puchase (sort of) would be this:

well, it is not really that important for me if it is hard and challenging or not...I would like to know if its a good album in general to have in the game. The 2 No Doubt albums are not really challenging but I fn love them both...especially Tragic Kingdom.

I have only listened to a couple of songs from this album, Floods and Suicide Note...dont know about the rest but Im looking some good reviews.

And before somebody says "youtube every song", please remember what kind of internet connection we have here.

Personally, I didn't pick up a single track from the album. It's just not an album I've ever gotten into.

That said, if you were going to check out certain tracks, I'd say:
-13 Steps to Nowhere
-War Nerve
-Drag the Waters
 
Pedro make sure and get sand blasted skin, its my fav drum track of them, suicide note is pretty fun and the title track is incredible on drums. Floods and drag the waters are the two least fun but still fun regardless, 10s is not very fun though now that I think about it.

downloaded 6 songs...now Im buying Sand Blasted Skin, thanks man =)

Damn, I should have bought the whole album lol.

good slow opening then alt strumming then awesome hopo riff that mixes it up occasionally and is awesome then fast alt strumming vs. literally the same exact thing the whole song

I just played for the first time in months with friends.

Hallowed Be Thy Name is the perfect RB song.
I wanna start playing this game again, but it makes me really freaking angry.
