No training montage either. Unless Edgar Wright deviates far from the comics. Which, going off the frame-for-frame re-enactments and the comic sound effect pop-ups, im gonna guess no.

Are you still hype?

I am still hype :O

He's going to have to do something for the audience to connect with him. He can't just beat them all like it's nothing with no help or thought, the audience wouldn't care or worry about him.

No, he kinda does it by accident. Its going to be Kick-Ass again, i assure you. The movie is catering to internet geeks and comic book nerds and gamers.

I have a feeling from the trailers this one is different from the movies, but by no means was the "Lucas Lee" battle wit.

Are you sure? Once I saw Lucas say the run was impossible and Scott kinda goaded him into doing it, I thought Scott knew what the hell he was doing.

Jarate said:
im not going to see it because of Michael Cera

Also, don't see Prince of Persia

You know, im gonna be honest, im kinda sick of the Cera backlash. So he made a couple of stupid movies with him being the "Juno" guy, whatever. Did anyone see "Youth In Revolt"? He was great in that, and he seems to be doing a great job in this. Seriously, if you play a role your good at, great. Just don't do so many movies and flood yourself. That is all.

He absolutely didn't know what he was doing.

He connects with the audience because he's a "lovable loser."

Just because Scott's a complete moron most of the time doesn't mean he can't have strokes of genius.

Let me guess, they say something about it in future volumes.

How have you gone this long without hearing it? that song was everywhere a month or two ago, I was starting to think it was following me.
I've heard parts of it when I'm in cars with people that listen to shitty top-40 stations, but I've never listened to it all the way through.

I just listened to Bad Romance for the first time. The chorus is really. The rest is a mess.

whenever I play it at Rock Band parties everyone in the room joins in for the

"ohh oh oh oh ohhhh oh oh oh oh ohhhhh ohh ohh ohh CAUGHT IN A BAD ROMANCE!"

No, we just both feel that's how it played out

It seems pretty obvious that he knew he could at least get Lucas hurt and thus gain the advantage in the fight. If, however, you guys are arguing that he didn't think it'd kill Lucas, I completely agree.

Other than Keane ( :lol ) they are all solid choices.

thanks for the Pantera recommendations....I just played it. Simply AWESOME.

Every drummer should have War Nerve and if you want a second song, then 13 Steps to Nowhere that is almost as incredible.

The Great Southern Trendkill has some blast beats I nailed perfectly and I felt like a king. (Not at the stupid speed as some death metal songs) Great song too.

Keane has some awesome songs. fuck u bro. All of Parachutes should be in RB3. Hard to pick a Coldplay song so I won't argue with that list. they have too many good songs that would be perfect for piano.

well if Amusix is right... and we do get an 8-button Keytar... playing these songs won't be too much fun.

holy shit I hope I don't have to jump off of this building.

Right about what exactly? He didn't say anything about a keytar, just that we're not quite on point with what we think is coming. Mind you he said this after we discussed both piano and keytar thoroughly.

What'd I Say would certainly decide the rhythm game wars for all eternity.

Kind of odd that list doesn't recommend anything prog-related, but maybe it's because they don't know.

I'm just messing around. In the chat a few minutes ago... this happened:

AMUSIX: I wish RB3's controller were an 8-key keytar...just to see ahvostik break down AGreatDave: AMUSIX, you just fucked yourself.
AGreatDave: Sign the 1 million dollars cheque now

I know this doesn't mean anything I just like dropping references to the chat.

The chat has become a cancer to this thread, but I won't let the cancer kill it. I'll kill it myself, with the only thing I know will do the job.
