I think I'm done with gaming, I don't care shit about anything. I mean I still might buy some stuff when it's cheap but I wouldn't mind if it never got released or something...
 
G4 better hurry with the RB3 stuff. I can't take watching the same commercials over and over again.

The new Twisted Metal does look cool though.
 
I need to see a 3DS in person before I get excited for it. The new trend of this 3d bullshit is stupid.

You can hate on the gameplay, or the artstyle, but it's unquestionable no music game has ever had that much effort put in to it's character's animations during a song before. Obviously Beatles had locations, but the animations weren't that in-depth.

Will be interesting to see if they do that for every song or just BR or some number in between.

I don't think we're going to get new songs. Usually they release information in batches. Their first batch from USA Today right before E3 is likely the only thing they're going to talk about during E3.

I do like the way Guitar Hero's animations are usually longer cuts from one camera rather than really fast short cuts on a bunch of different cameras like it is in Rock Band.

other than that though WoR looks like the same ol' guitar hero I've hated for the last couple of years.

I'm assuming they were using the Fender real-tar.

I'm completely set on my decision to buy the half-tar. But if I didn't already own a Squire electric I'd probably have a harder time deciding.

Also, I forgot how fucking annoying the dickhead in the RB1 Gamespot demo is. I hope something bad has happened in his life.

TB:RB would of been so much better with all the improvments from RB3. HMX should of waited and fast tracked Green Day for launch last year, and brought out The Beatles next spring or something.

You seriously think Fender is going to dramatically undercut their worldwide distribution for a fucking video game? :lol
 
Well, perhaps I am not set with my current keyboard. I never used the MIDI out on it since we got it, but looking at it now it does its MIDI output over USB. It is a Casio WK 110. It supports MIDI out, but through its USB connection, not a MIDI port. So...what are the odds of this working with the RB3 MIDI adapter? Do I need to get a USB to MIDI cable, then the adapter? Or am I SOL?
