I noticed yesterday in Rocky III when Mickie dies, when Rocky first yells after he dies, Mickie kinda jolts a small amount like it startled him. :lol

My parent's cabin is about 45 minutes away from where Rocky is training there (the filming location, not the plot location). They're up there right now snowmobiling all over the place and I'm here looking at it on the TV running marketing reports. Grrr.
 
Rocky is so stupid.... Assuming it's 8 or 9pm when the fight takes place...why the hell would his kid be in bed at 1 in the afternoon? Learn some time zones Rock!
 
WTF, I just noticed that when the Russian guy translates Rocky's speech at the end, he translates every line wrong:lol Instead of "two guys killing each other is better than 20 million dying" the Russian says "this is even better than getting $20 million" :lol
 
Watched the whole marathon today while getting a new heater installed in the basement. Awesome way to spend the day.

I'd have to watch the movie again... He mostly extremely simplified Rocky's phrases. The 20 million thing was the most jarring one though. I'm thinking this is intentional, giving depth to the film that most Americans would overlook:lol You know, the Soviet propaganda machine at work, trying to make Rocky look worse.
 
my sister called me she's at the store and asked what movie I was looking for I kept telling her Bloodsport look for Bloodsport :lol

Easy there.... Yeah compared to the others it sucks, but it's still got enough good moments to be watchable....and no I'm not drunk.

THe only decent part is the montage of Gunn beating the shit out of people, culminating in Paulie telling Rock that the ship has sunk or some shit. I really liked Morrison as a pro boxer, so that's the only thing I enjoy about this movie.

But...

why the fuck was rocky's kid like 15 years old, when in IV, which takes place directly prior, he is 7 or some shit.

Then you have Talia Shire looking fucking ancient, Rocky not fighting (you know what I mean) the shitty fucking soundtrack, Gunn's mullet, uuuugggghhhh

Thank God Rocky Balboa happened; I would be fucking depressed if I saw V in theaters and walked out thinking that was it for the saga.
