Just like if mayweather wasnt an undefeated boxer noone would give a shit that he couldnt read - yet everyone brings it up in a thread about him no matter how irrelevant to the topic at hand. Like I said, if she was going around spewing this nonsense I would be more tolerant of how much grief she is getting, but someone close to her asked for her views about a subject and she gave her 2 cents. She doesn't hang out with Historians, philosophers, and sociologists in the gym and discuss the merits of these theories. She watches dumb fucking youtube videos like Poltergeist and gets her little mind blown.. and now everyone is constantly shitting on her for all the "harm" she is doing to society.. give me a break

Because that means she trivializes the death of people to simply buy into the whole "gov't bad!" idea. It's a few steps away from believing the holocaust didn't happen because it sounds evil.
My guess is that she only posted to promote some Ubisoft E3 shit and she has better things to do with her time. Which is fine. I doubt she got "scared off," she's well aware of the bullshit gamers throw when they see a female gamer.

I have a distinct recollection of her doing an AMA here and making some offhand comment about "I'm dead inside" as a joke to how she felt about something, and one person actually asked her if she said that because she was never able to conceive. Hopefully she didn't notice the post.

I'd even think it makes total sense. Leveling up, getting stronger, being able to take on the world?
Not her biggest fan but I respect her skills.. she is very invested when her nerd triggers are pressed, I get the feeling she could talk for hours about that kind of stuff.
Because the fate of the world hinges on that which you doubt, individually, in the comfort of your own mind.
