Much to my chagrin, there has been absolutely no footage of the new TGS trailer for Rumble Roses XX. The Internet has failed me. I've had to rely on interviews with Uchida to fill my need for new info about the game. So here is information compiled from these sources:

Previous images from the 360 Conference apparently were CG.

As we know from before, big changes from the first game include the addition of tag team, online play, and customization options. Release should be first quarter of next year. One version for all regions. Online features include 4 player online, a ranking and stat tracking system, and MICROFREAKINTRANSACTIONS. Except for character designs, everything is being redone. There will only be a few new characters, but every character will now have a Superstar variation to go along with the Face/Heel versions. If it is like the first game, these variations are significantly different from each other. Expect around 40 different variations between the characters. Better AI.Reactions on the characters should be better and this will apparently tie in with the tag-team:1UP: I haven't, but I heard it's very sexy. I saw what they showed at the 360 conference, though.
SD: Oh, this is different. That one's really fake, we just threw it together. We had to fabricate it for the conference.
Best news ever, fixing one of my complaints with the first game:Akari Uchida: I'd like to be very clear about this: DOA is not tag team action. If you are implementing tag-team action you have to be able to change when you want to fight together when you tap out. Also, four players have to be in the ring at the same time at some point. There are many games out there that claim to have tag-team action but four people fighting is not tag-team- this game has proper 2 vs. 2 tag team.
Our character interaction is also different for every team of women. You'll see different moves with different teams and you can experiment with friends to find different moves.
For example, if you are teaming with a friend and you mistakenly hit your partner she will not be angry. However, if you team with an enemy and you mistakenly hit her she will be pissed off. If you try to make a tag, she might ignore you. Also, if your partner is a good friend, she'll save you from a pin. We tried to implement the human drama that exists in a tag team match.
Mud-Wrestling has been removed, but there are new gameplay modes to fill the gap. One is a Tekken-like fighting game mode. Expect to see a Bear and a Panda.GI: I loved the countering system in Rumble Roses by the way. I thought it worked well, the way to reverse moves.
Uchida: This time, it will be so much better because you will be reversing reversals. So yeah, the whole offence-defense thing will be very fun and sophisticated.
Another new mode is called "Queen's Match." Details were not revealed about the mode but Gamespot had a little bit of info:1UP: So it's really just a matter of perspective in how it looks when you play.
AU: I think it's a very different in terms of gameplay. It's not only a view thing but also like you're given a one-minute round, your motions will be quicker, and you'll be diminishing your enemy's HP gauge, like a real fighting game. It'll be so much easier to play the wrestling game after you've played this mode instead of being thrown into the wrestling game immediately without knowing the controls.
They have removed story mode.In its place will be a new mode called queen's match, which Uchida wanted to keep more or less under wraps for the time being, though he said it will resemble a certain Japanese drinking game loosely translated as "king's game." He went on to say that once players got into the queen's match mode, it was likely they'd want to play the game in that mode exclusively from then on.
Here is a bit for Sales-Age:And the thing is, unfortunately, we're not having a storyline this time, so it's gone. The U.S. press just hammered the story mode so bad [Everyone laughs], I was like "OK, fine, we're gonna take it out."
The Take-Out Bandit was right!:1UP: How did the game perform saleswise? Did it meet expectations?
AU: We expected higher figures in the U.S. In Japan sales exceeded expectations.
And here is a bit for Fanboy-Age:GI: So you made the same game again with new features from the bottom up?
Uchida: This is basically the Rumble Roses that we wanted to do in the first place but we couldnt do because of time constraints and stuff.
GI: So this is the Star Wars special edition?
Uchida: (laughs then in Yoda voice) Correct, you are.
And finally something that I think rings true:GI: What has it been like to work with the Xbox 360?
Uchida: It really feels like technology has advanced. My programmers are very excited to experiment with this new technology. I really think this machine has set new standards for graphics.
GI: Have you had a chance to mess around with the PlayStation 3 yet?
Uchida: Yes, its amazing. And just because I am working on the Xbox 360, doesnt mean I will never work on the PS3. I have not converted. Its not like the PS3 is an enemy.
GI: What do you think you could pull off on one system that you could not on another?
Uchida: I think there are some things you can do with the PS3 than you cannot with the 360. The processing speed is much quicker. The rendering variation that the PS3 offers is wider. But the online of the 360 is amazing and is probably better than the PS3.
I may have missed some details so I'd suggest reading the interviews. The 1up and GI interviews are the best in the bunch. And yes MGS is cool just in case you missed the Subsistence trailer1UP: So things sort of balanced out.
AU: I think one mistake we made in the U.S., is we marketed it too much in the porn direction, like it's a sexy game with babes and boobs, it was too much. The problem I guess when you have a very erotic game in the U.S., it's very low class, low quality. That's definitely not the case with our game, yes it is sexy but it has solid gameplay. We were not aware that if we pushed it in the erotic direction that people would perceive it as a cheap game.
1UP: It's probably the Maxim/Stuff effect, meaning that it's not as explicit as something even as light as Playboy, but I'd be embarrassed to read it on the bus if I was sitting next to some grandma when I hit page 73 with a pic of some girl with her ass up in the air.
AU: Yeah, I agree. So we sort of want to push the cooler image, and go the Tekken route, and not the sexy route. That's what I think. And whether or not it's sexy, it's up to the person who buys it to decide if it's sexy.
