Simple: start a kickstarter as an experiement to see how much money you can get from fans : example : set a PSN version of Yakuza 5, english sub only, at 30 or 40$ per PSN code (giving you the game) and set the price of PSN release, Sony's cut, localisation cost, Sega's cut...
And make stretch goals : physical release sent to backers, limited editions, etc...
It doesn't cost much to try and maybe we can get it that way.
