AMD has launched the Ryzen 5 7600X3D, with six Zen 4 cores and 12 threads, base clock of 4,1GHz and 4,7GHz boost, and TDP of 65W. The cache, that is the 3D variant most prominent feature, is 96MB L3, the triple that's present on standard Ryzen 5 7600X.

Unfortunately, there's a catch, the processor is launched in a limited stock and is only available at Microcenter stores, for a suggested price of 300,00 U$. Let's hope that it hits a significant volume of sales that justify a more open distribution, and a launch in other countries. It would be a huge success here in Brazil.

From what I saw, not only is it Microcenter exclusive, you are forced to buy it as a bundle ($449, includes a board and 32 GB of ram)
Yes, but the processor is also available without a bundle. To be honest, this bundle price isn't so bad either. It's a ASUS TUF Gaming B650-Plus WiFi and 2x 16gb ddr5 6000.

I'm out of date with these cpu launches, I thought they were up to the series 9000 already.
Yes, AMD just launched Ryzens 9000. But they are still updating older lines. I mean, Ryzen 5900xt and 5800xt, for example, where launched in july this year.
