Game looks good but not great. I wish they had settled for better graphics and 30 fps. It seems to be a game with little to no action so not sure why it needs to be 60 fps.

The difference was that last gen there was no choice, the CPUs just couldn't do 60. Now that they can, there is no reason for 30fps gunplay.

the game is likely only 10% gunplay. the rest is all exploration. id rather the 90% of the game look the best it can look and settle for 30 fps for the few combat encounters.

I mean in some games it would be ok. Not great but passable. Namely turned based games, adventure games, perhaps walking sims.
But definitely you don't want 30FPS in anything with fast pacing. Plus 30FPS on OLED TVs just sucks.
