Honestly the only reason I'm still holding out for the reveal is because of VGC and how trustworthy their sources are, they said 2 SH games were in development and one of them was outsourced to a "prominent Japanese developer" and is set to be revealed this summer, which we didn't get. So I'm gonna wait until TGS 2021 for a reveal and if we don't get anything, I'm just gonna assume that the game's coming out late 2022 or something.

Well I have to accept that I misread / misjudged the tweet. The tweet should have been already a confirmation that he will not be at the event, because if he would be there, he would have surely kept it a surprise and don't post so obvious tweets.

3. At this showcase there was nearly no talking so it would be odd if he suddenly shows up and talks, since no other developer was talking also and just showing that Silent Hills is real and Abandoned was just a cover in a trailer seems a little bit strange

4. Kojima is a Japanese developer, so its possible he save the announcement for a Japanese event.

Either not serious or too deep in. I hope for you something comes out of this. But Kojima's not the guy to save stuff for Japanese events. Even PT/Silent Hill, which this game obviously is going to turn out to be. But who knows. TGS is next.
