Are you serious? They always commented on rumors, they shut down P.T. recreations made by 17 years old kids, they bothered to step in and prevent P.T. from being played on PS5, which was previously possible, even for those poor bastards who downloaded it in time and never deleted it to this day.

They are the WORST on this matter. They are either completely changed, or there's more to it.

One thing that just doesn't make sense for there to be a Kojima link is how bad the smoke looks in the first video, or maybe that's were they didn't put effort in order to distract people. (Well... also the VO is really poor)

Have you once ever in your life ever seen a single product officially teased first by a Merch page. Official Konami hasn't commented, Sony hasn't commented, Kojima hasn't commented. So Sony, Konami, and Kojima Productions all got together and said "I know how to first officially market this new multi million dollar product we're making. Post it on the Konami Merch page with 500 followers."

Teasing new unannounced games is not what these pages do

So Konami, supposedly in a partnership with Kojima right now developing Silent Hills, recently went out of their way to prevent people from playing PT on PS5?

I’d say if this whole thing is true that Konami have very, very little to do with any of it, other than allowing Sony to use the IP, and taking their cut (inc merch).

Of course the game hasn't been announced yet. The teasing done so far by Konami is "plausible deniability."

Pretty standard way to build hype pre-reveal.

I know they are obviously trolling, like all those strange tweets. But You have to follow the clue, like I said, check the channel, ir is the source of those pictures, and I'm sure it is related to Abandoned/silent hill.

Go back several pages, those pictures were already posted here and the YouTube channel was found where the creator has unreal engine videos they were taken from.

People are hard at work validating stuff. It was proven to be fake a while ago.

Edit: They found the assets on other stuff. Besides the plausible one was ages ago and it had consistent ties to the "dev".

Let's say for a moment that Hasan is just a poor small indie dev who unconsciously (sure) brought all of this upon his shoulders. Nothing really stops him from going dark for now, changing studio name and then trying again without all the "negative" hype.
Unless he really wants to capitalize on Kojima hype, but anyone with more than 2 brain cells should know this might not end well.
And if he's just a fraud with nothing to show I think he would back out already.

Abandoned got the spotlight because of the Playstation Blog post. That must feel wonderful and unique, but it must also come with a lot of pressure?

Hasan: It was a huge kick! But honestly: we didn't show us from our best side. That will change during the gameplay reveal. Weirdly enough, after the game reveal people speculated that Abandoned was a Hideo Kojima game. Shorty after you published a statement on your website to fight this misconception. That must have been a weird experience?

Hasan: Yes, we didn't see that coming at all. At the beginning, people got hyped on the Playstation YouTube channel because they were convinced this was a new Kojima-project. People even started messaging us. People on Linkedin started calling me Kojima. It was funny at first, but after a while it got annoying since Kojima was getting the credit for our work. But no worries: the gameplay reveal will explain everything. Well, you never know though, it's the internet after all...
