Scooby Doo: Mystery Incorporated was a great show

I liked it in a lot of ways, but god the team were sociopaths and occasionally psychopaths.

Yes, I know there's an in-universe explanation, but it got ridiculous.

My favorite quote:
R'I'll ret you, Perricres! I'll rip roff your read and shit rown your reck! Or my rame isn't....Scooby Dooby DOOOOOOO!"

"I just have it for the articles!"

It was a good show, and as someone who likes SD overall I was very impressed. Shame about the ending, though, it felt like a bit of a cop-out.

I'm not surprised it got screwed-up during the schedule despite strong ratings, I believe CN was on its comedy only phase around that time, so any show with an actual story arc was generally getting screwed-up.

Started watching this on a lark on Netflix a couple months back and got sucked in, easily the best version of Scooby Doo ever. Great sense of humor. And the ending, basically
everybody dies which is nuts - the alternate universe at the end, these aren't really the same people - and what happened to that universe's Mystery Inc gang? Did they vanish when the prime universe gang appeared? So they died too!

And also, Hobo Fred = Best Fred.

I was just thinking about this too about a week ago after re-watching Zombie Island. I like the sort of deconstructive take on it and how they implement actual continuity and real drama. I didn't get to finish it but I was always interested in seeing what other people thought of the thing.

I was never a fan of Fred either, so he being the main character was another turn off.

Fred really grew on me. I have some major grievances with some aspects of his character in MI but overall I really developed favorable views to him. He also probably did the most things or said the most lines that literally made me lol. The Daphne/Fred back and forth could be a bit much but it was also worth it IMO. I was hesitant about him at first, but I really love MI's Fred.

Hobo Fred = Best Fred.

I loved Hobo Fred

I've enjoyed many Scooby Doo shows, but I'm not sure I remember this one.

I LOVED the original, the 13 Ghosts, Pup Named Scooby Doo, and the one where they introduced Scrappy (who is my fav). Love the franchise as a whole!

I wasn't a fan of this Fred.
But holy crud this show was good. And the final villain and explanation for everything was great.

It was a wonderful finally, and it was Canon to the original series and successfully ended the series in the best way possible.

To be honest Scooby Doo is pretty much dead. No way we will get another Zombie Island, only the lame not scary crop they try and sell to us. Man I was like 4 years old and fell in love with Scooby Doo because of Zombie Island. Now it's like: let's do funny stupid shit and not be creepy or spooky in anyway.

2 direct to video movies a year and a tv series(which is getting the same Cartoon Network fuck over).
A CG theatrical movie next year and merchandise still does well.

Camp Scare was the best DTV since Witch's Ghost(though I dropped those after a bit)

Camp Scare is still my favorite Scooby-Doo movie. Really enjoyed it. The new ones aren't bad if you don't mind the goofy side with zero spook behind it. I wouldn't mind less guest stars (WWE, Kiss) and a return to trying to be spooky.

Son loves Mystery Incorporated. Watch it damn near daily on Netflix, so with it leaving, I might have to pick it up on Vudu to go along with the older series we have on there.

He put in work. I loved how he responded to everything in those early season 2 episodes
Easily, his obsession with traps was too funny.

I remember the ep where scoops found out that Velma and shaggy were dating and he was crying in the mystery machine and Fred was all sad and was asking if it was something that he did.
