He's kind of a B-movie action star - like the lost legacy of Jean Claude Van Damme on film, for straight to video movies lol. I actually don't like any of his movies, but he's always been in great shape.
I stumbled upon these today and he's got a whole series of tutorials. He's actually a pretty good teacher! I've known the roundhouse kick since I was a kid in Tae Kwon Do class, but I still thought he adds a few unique subtle details to his kick that made me think about it a little differently.
I could do all kinds of jumping roundhouse kicks when I was around 20.
I really landed one to the head in a fight (with a friend) once, and he was standing there literally unharmed and I was off balance after that and got a beating.
