Seaman 2 for PS2

Seaman suits consoles because of the whole virtual fishtank thing. And if they use Eyetoy for things like tapping on the screen it could work well.

How about this.... wouldn't you guys agree that it would sell better in the USA as a DS title than as a standard "console" game?

How many of you actually completed Seaman?

Loved at the end when he'd give you a run down of what kind of person you are based on all the conversations you had with him.

I always wanted to play through again try and make up the stupidest shit.

I don't think the DS cartridges would have the storage capacity for a game like this.

Why not? The bulk of the "problem space" would be audio, and decent audio compression would easily handle it.

Why don't you ntards stop whinging about exclusive PS2 and xbox games not on your system of choice and you know, buy the consoles these games are on. I mean for fuck's sake, you won't be getting your wish, Seaman 2 is on PS2, not DS (and thank fuck for that because it would be a seriously downgraded piece of shit otherwise), so just shut. The. Fuck. Up. Okay?

I think it would benifit with a DS release reguardless of if it was exclusive or not. Sega should get on a DS and PSP port stat. I can see it selling relatively well on the DS and PSP.

THat being said, the console is where Seaman 2 should be to start with, and not every game has to be on the DS guys. :lol

Any word on if Spock is returning to the game or not. If he is, +1 sales off the bat.

On my last day, I had to go out of town. When I got back, Leonard Nimoy told me he had passed away :'(

I haven't played it since...I should get back to it. Seaman >>>>>>>> Nintendogs

Wait when was is said it was a Japan only release?

Well, okay, let me clarify. We don't know whether or not this will be released in the US, but I doubt Leonard Nimoy is going to be involved with the Japanese version that we do know about.

Better.

Considering the last Seaman game wasn't totally ignored in NA, chances are that Sega will port this baby over (I hope).

Nothing official, but Seaman 1 bombed over here on Dreamcast and the PS2 release was Jp only. I wouldn't count on this game coming west honestly... though maybe if Nintendogs really takes off then Sammy will okay it.

This game is begging for a PSP version with connectivity with the PS2 version so you can take Seaman with you wherever you go.

Eye-toy! Hadn't thought about it, but that really would work well for Seaman. Could it be used to let Seaman remember faces/gestures, or would that be a little too complicated?

I played the shit out of the DC version. But I'm not too keen on it coming to the PS2. That means I actually have to flip that switch on the back of the console just to turn it on.

Now you can finally play games, since this console actually gets game releases!
