Second Monitor bug. Any idea?

Any PC Master here?

I have the same issue for years.
Sometimes after my desktop wake from sleep mode my second monitor have strange lines.

my main monitor keep working normally but after some minutes it will crash and freezes.
so when I see the lines I save my work and restart ASAP.

Also I need to restart pressing the desktop button. Not windows menu.
If I use windows menu "restart" my pc won’t boot up. (It boot but, both screen are black)

Help?

When your screen is fuzzy like this, hit the settings button on your monitor; is this text clear? You should be able to do a monitor self test within the settings of your monitor. If the text is clear when opening your monitor settings you can then confirm it is a problem with your computer, not the monitor.

If it requires a restart to clear the problem, it's probably not your monitor. When's the last time you did a fresh install of Windows? What kind of connection is the second monitor (HDMI, DP, VGA, DVI), and are you using any adapters? First step is to try to switch out the monitor cable if possible. Second step is to completely uninstall your graphics drivers using DDU and then reinstall them. If that doesn't fix the problem, you probably have either a goofy graphics card output or you need to cleanse Windows. You don't have to cleanse it with the fire or anything: just format and reinstall if possible.
