I've read a lot of these pick up woman forums and books and stuff, and they all seem really...weird to me. I think the only person that actually meshed well with me was Brent (there are a bunch of his videos in the dating thread), and the reason I meshed so well was because his advice was simple and to the point. Treat everybody like people, and try to bring an enjoyable time to them. All this 'negging' and whatever seems like way too much work.

I actually came here to say 'fair enough' to your response to my question earlier, but you're digging yourself a hole here. People have been nitpicking and taking potshots at your 'strategy' so far(myself included) and you were doing alright for a minute, but now you're seriously treating women as just objects of attainability rather than people who you may or not have an intimate relationship with. I get some of what you're saying, but I really hate the entire attitude that goes behind it. I dont think most women would be ok with your mentality if you told them what you're saying now. You seem to have this 'If you're not good relationship-material for me, then I dont care about you' attitude and that sucks. Maybe a girl isn't receptive towards you or maybe you aren't digging a certain chick, but that doesn't mean you should just treat them as a nobody/interchangeable or whatever, just realize that not everybody has good chemistry and respect that person still. Being friends with a girl that you may have wanted to have sex with initially may seem like a failure, but friends are friends. To be honest, going out with the intention of finding people always seems like the worst way to go about it. Go out, have fun, and if you do it enough, you tend to meet the right sort of gal eventually. Trying too hard is a bit pathetic in my eyes.

It's good advice for both sexes, if you're interested in someone, make your move, if they play games, politely move on.

I used to believe this shit until I realized I was already good with women and all it did was set me back and confuse me. Men like women and vice versa. Say hi.

If that doesn't work get some friends and at least somewhat of a socially life, and then go at it. You don't have to be super confident, just a bit entertaining and not a nuisance. Its not rocket science.

That does happen. I've already said as much:

Sometimes that means talking to her in order to possibly build a relationship. And yeah, sometimes that means talking to a girl just because you're attracted to her and want to have sex with her.

Either way, when you're go up to a girl in the bar/club/library to treat her like a human being, are you torn up if she's not interested in you and run home to cry on GAF about it or are you saying to yourself "on to the next one." How is that wrong?
