Isshin is a cool final boss but I think From went overboard with 4 phases. When it comes to end game bosses in Souls, I think Gehrman is way better and more epic. He is a true test of skills.

To me hardest boss in Sekiro is Isshin in Shura route, because he has some really nasty fire moves and not much room for you to escape it.
