Can confirm it, 1.01 was very laggy, especially since it seemed to "load" during cutscenes.
1.02 is a lot better, just a few slowdowns during panning of 5 characters in a cutscene. Expecting a patch to fix out the last problems regarding unstable framerate.

Why do people hate Yumi, she wasn't that interesting but at least she isn't annoying like Hibari and Midori. I'm excluding Mirai because reasons.

I switched to AmiAmi when P-A didn't scale their adjusted pricing back down when the yen started depreciating a couple of years ago. With AmiAmi charging in Yen, right now, they're my vendor of choice. Only for new titles though, they tend to not keep stock. Also use AmiAmi since I've fallen into the figure vortex.

I dunno, there's major Yumi hate that seems to mostly have to do with the GAF group, I don't really notice it elsewhere. She's hardly my favorite, I guess she's hated because she's on the boxes

Team Ninja just tweeted in Japanese a picture of Ayane from DOA in a drawing. Estival Versus was the only English part. Cross over costumes confirmed?

They did adjust the price. Funnily enough. they labeled it as "discount" and I thought "wow, PA is discounting new game? Must be some kind of event, better take this chance". Not until the game has already shipped that I realized they actually scaled down the price to match the exchange rate.

This is the last time.

From the Famitsu article, it seems she'll be a paid DLC playable character, along with "Hakufu, Guan Yu and Lu Bu" (female versions)
(according to google translate)
later on, and other SK characters such as Ayame later. Announcements coming in later months apparently.
Can't wait!

So, yeah, won't buy the game before a while, but will probably get it as soon as there's an interesting sale (one of the LEs or digitally). This news convinced me they really did a good work on this game.
Here's hoping the DLC is cross-buy too...

Highschool DxD already had a cellphone crossover thing, I think. I'd like me some Rias or Akeno in my SK.

Neptunia would be great (they're already doing U I guess) but they'd need to fix how they render flatness. There is no justice in how flatness is rendered in Shinovi. Is it improved in this?

Yeah, & one of the bundles for EV included a card or something for the DxD F2P card game on Vita. Wouldn't be surprised if it was that.
