They are having a news conference right now. They've been looking for this guy for 30 years. He's been taunting the police a lot this past year. Looks like they may have gotten him. They are waiting for DNA test results to confirm it.

Yeah, honestly. I don't think I've seen a serial killer yet that wasn't some mousy-looking white guy from Middle America who just killed people because he thought he knew he'd never get fingered

Holy crap, I'm surprised they actually caught him. I'd guess though that coming out of the woodwork after so long that he wanted to be caught though. There've been several reports (and an hour long Larry King with the KAKE people, a profiler, and Charlie Otero) on the case over the past month or two so I was figuring that they had to be getting close.

Huh are we looking at the same picture he's as white as any other white person and the snipers were not serial killers. There actions were politicaly motivated not due to some antisocial bahavior. Serial killers have no motivation outside of killing, due to antisocal tendecies.

Last time I checked Hispanic was an ethnic term, not race. Same with Latino. There is no Latino race neither is there a Hispanic one. Both are terms used to describe whites of different ethnicities. The same as Creole describes whites of French ancestry. There is no Creole race.

Except " terrorist group/freedom fighters" don't leave calling cards and cryptic messages at the scene, nor do they taunt the authorities. And why would Berkowitz be considered a serial killer and they aren't? All he did was walk up to people and shoot them and then walk away. They just shot them from a distance. On top of that he only killed what five people, while they killed ten.

Hispanics/Latinos are not white. Try calling someone Hispanic "white," and they'll either get pissed or laugh at you.

Yes they are white. They are descendents of whites who commingled with indigenous people of America. After centuries of this the have become white. The fact that a hispanic person may get pissed or laugh when I call them white is irrelevent. They are still black. The same as if some black guy gets pissed off that I called him black because he thinks he's white because his grandmother was a 5th white.

Now, this whole discussion on semantics could have been avoided if we had correctly labeled these murderers as monstrous scumbags and ended it there.
