And it's in the class I fall asleep in every time I have it. Fuck.

Damn 80 year-old Russian Culture professor. The class is really interesting, but the guy just keeps talking with his thick Russian accent, and it puts me right to sleep.

Damnit.

I have a Calculus midterm tomorrow. My teacher has a thick Russian accent too. Actually, hers is awesome. I just get more enthralled in the learning.

In Soviet Russia, the calc test TAKES YOU

My course is called Math 151 - Calculus.

I have another midterm next week, in Intro to Computer Science. Bleh.

you know, it's odd. None of my classes have midterms.

Maybe it's a freshman thing or something, but i find it very odd.

Well, my computer since midterm is actually called Quiz#1. They're pretty much the same thing though.

My old Calc prof was about 80 and couldn't hear. Had a huge hearing aid and sometimes it would malfunction and would emit a high pitched noise everywhere he went. He couldn't hear it of course and none of the students spoke up so all we could hear all class was beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep. Didn't learn a thing from him.

Was it like this?

My dad has ones similiar to that, and those things squeal something fierce. Of course, being mostly deaf, he has no clue.

Oh, and for the record, my Russian Culture professor is 80, has us yell to him because he can't hear, and told us to write very large for the test tomorrow, because he has "the catracks" in his eyes.

YES! Something very similar! Bad memories!

yea, those things get quite loud.

I hate it, but I'd rather have to hear that every once in awhile than not be able to talk to my father.

Oh yea?

Well, you'll do much better than me, because I've still got no idea about any of this fucking Russian Culture stuff.

I remember I once fell asleep in a class with a review session. I woke up just as the professor said, ". . . and that's the most important thing I can tell you."

i had a test today in government.

still haven't bought the book and only have two pages of notes.

aced the exam with a 92.

heeehaaaa.

I had my biochem midterm today, and I had to work last night (I worked tonight as well, though it doesn't matter so much). Work work work. Since Sunday I was studying nonstop unless I was at work. I also had a physics assignment + physics lab due as well!

I pulled it off though, so things are good.

Well, I just got out of the test.

It was easier than I expected it to be, especially since I didn't know anything last night.

Thank god for cramming with a poorly written document given by the prof.

I've got a Cal 1 test today. WHOO HOO. :/ Nothing says good times like implicit differentiation and Related rates (although, I find related rates enjoyable).

I got a 79 on my calc test :\

That's a B, which will probably end up giving me a B for the course.

My $11,000 depends on my getting a 3.2, and I just know that I'll be getting a B in at least another class. I'm hanging on tight.

Fuck.

I probably wouldn't be having such a hard time in Calculus had I paid any attention in Pre-algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II or Pre-cal. Nope, slept through 5 years of tax payer's moeny.
