Many nations offer post secondary education free to all of its citizens, while many charge a significant fee to its citizens for post secondary education. What do you think is best. Do you think colleges/universties should be free, or do you think someone should pay to go to school.

How about this idea.. reimburse individuals a certain portion of their tuition if they successfully complete their degree. Reward the success stories, not the flunkies.
