Now that's a room. How do you deal with dust btw?
It's not too bad actually, I never really have to dust. It's only noticable on the glass plates on the display shelves. Now that's a room. How do you deal with dust btw?
That is an awesome setup!
The GF and I are exploring a cubby like solution for my setup, so I have to ask. Did you build those yourself (the cubbies holding your systems) or is that something you bought in a store?

fuckin' gorgeous, Btails
what kinda lights are you using in the cubbies?
Great setup eXistor. Love the little details, like the Konami-sticker on the trash bin!
Little update to the retro-setup: new couch!

Ah, love the SMB2-era Nintendo marquee on the wall!

oh, and that sonic statue is so cool too!
Right, posted this in another thread but it fits here. Not pictured is my JVC 17" RGB CRT as it's in another room.

N64: installed phono audio sockets at the back for clear audio. RGB mod was already installed when I got it.

jesus, the PC98 software alone, nevermind all that glorious hardware (marty towns & such), goddamn
nice stuff man! and i'm a big fan of the Phantasy Star shelf!
This SNES games in that official rack are upside down, IMO. Why not be able to read the labels?

It's a royal pain to make decent pics, so if you don't mind I'll just repost pics I posted in another thread about 9 months ago.

Am I blind? Where is your TV/monitor?
This pic.
Holy shit.
Is that like two stories high of games?!
Damn impressive, I like the lighting.
Holy shit!!!
You win!!!
Am I blind? Where is your TV/monitor?
I said dayum. But this is just the library... where does the actual magic happen?

Out of most of the setups here, this is basically my goal. Though I don't have near enough consoles in my future setup, everything else looks spot-on. Very nice! So, I did a couple things to my setup, time to show off a couple of new pics!

I finally did some cable management, added an RGB modded AV Famicom, and installed colour changing LED lights in every cubicle!
I think I'm finally happy with this setup now. Everything runs through RGB switches, so I don't have to hot swap cables anymore, everything's plugged in, and looking great upscaled. The only changed I'd make at this point is maybe a couple more pieces of art on the wall (What you can't see is a Phantasy Star 3 poster hanging above the Genesis).
...Oh, and I might maybe have to eventually possible add a PC Engine to this mess...![]()
OK, let's get back down to Earth.
This is a very small room compared to many others in this thread. And besides gaming room, it needs to function as home office and a guest room.
So, we have two tables in the corners, lots of storage space and a sofa. That's pretty much it. The biggest problem I have had is to find a way to have both Amiga and C64 on display. It's not perfect, but will do for now.

That is so awesome, like a fancy old library you see in movies, love it!!Yes, I have to use a ladder to reach the top.
That's actually a whopping 21" TV. The amiga 1200 here is running Classic Workbench. You make good use of space with the shelving there. Is that AmigaOS on the monitor? I've always wanted one since I was taken to a PC-recycling shop as a kid.
Thanks. I guessI love this, it looks like an office you'd see in one of those old game hotline walk-through number companies.
