Agreed along with Space Marine 2, FFVII Rebirth, Grandblue Relink, Wukong, and Marvel Rivals which are also better than everything listed there.

You shouldn't be sad.
I only played elden ring on this list, and the only other game im interested in is UFO50, but more for the concept than anything else.
Island of sea and sky looks like a nes zelda rip off and i did not care to look for the others seeing this.

vg journalist "best whatever" lists are more of a way to virtue signaling than anything, and it often show how little they actually play the games they are supposed to love so much they made a career out of talking about.
Then again if you assume that in fact vg journalist loves themselves much more than anything, their self masturbatory "reviews" full of anecdotal slice of life crap noone cares about makes a lot more sense.
