I buy my shoes with full intentions to wear them but, for the most part, they just sit on my shelf. In the case of the Yeezy's? I would wear them to hell. They're comfort shoes.
Definitely wear. I have no interest in just displaying shoes.
Of course I try as best as I can to not wear any single pair out too quickly. And like if it's raining or something I have just some regular SB Dunks that I wear instead of a nicer pair of Jordans, but still. Every pair I buy gets at least some actual use.
edit: unless you're talking about Yeezys specifically. Can't say with them since I don't have any =[

There will be a different link for the shoes and it'll be listed with the rest. If you do want those, download the SNKRS app. Just another method of obtaining because I think those will be a little difficult to get.
These are nice.
I'm hoping it isn't too hard of a cop since it's not an OG colorway. Hopefully a lot of people are holding out for the flu game 12's coming out in May.

So, the massive L on the Yeezys today sucked but it was expected.
Anyway, I'm still looking for a pair of something, I was looking at the Tubular Xs and I'm not gonna lie, they've grown a lot on me. At this point I'm torn on the hemp, granite, and sesame colorways.
Hemp X are fairly easy to find online, and they look good but I already have shoes in a similar color so it could just be a bias towards that shade of tan. + I wear a lot of black so I know they would go well with the shit I wear haha.
The granite and sesame are attractive because they are primeknit and I wanna see what the fuss is about with that material. Oh and they look a lot like the Yeezy 750s if they didn't get hit by the ugly train on their way to production. The bad thing is while the granite is on backorder in a few places, the sesame is practically gone online outside of resellers, which would be okay but I ain't paying $350+ for something that could end up being fake, I like the shoes but I'm not a big-time sneakerhead lol.
Anyway, I guess I'm just looking for advice haha. How are Tubular Xs? Is primeknit worth the extra $$? Any good websites where I could find the Sesame coloway (prob my fav of the 3 choices tbh) without an insane markup?

Both my pairs of yeezys are two of my most worn shoes right now (current rotation at school right now is like 7 shoes). I definitely buy with the intention of wearing and I know a lot of people that do.

Try and find a pair of the regular X and the primeknit to try on, and see which you prefer.
I bought the Hemp X at the end of last year but sent them straight back as I wasn't a fan of the way the toe box felt and the way they looked when worn.
I'm not sure if anywhere has any left but I'd recommend the Dooms if you want a pair of Tubulars, they're pretty damn comfy.

After all the L's starting from last week's Cement IV botched launch and ending with Yeezy madness, just ordered these:

I have a number of their trainers, though mostly made in the USA ones, but for the price you pay the quality is great. Very comfortable though they don't have the looks that other brands get.

So how long do you guys think the Adidas orders for the Yeezy's will be at "in progress- order confirmed waiting to be packed"? Has it changed for anyone else yet? I just have this feeling in my gut like it was a glitch, I didn't actually score them, and I'm gonna eventually get an email saying "whoops we don't actually have any for you" lol

Also anyone fuck with the Flax Air Force 1s, shit looks beautiful and I think they can be my winter sneakers seeing as how they're all bulky and shit. A nice alternative to Timbs.

Doesn't (re)open permanently until the summer, Nike says, but it was open for all of All Star Weekend - I bought them the Saturday. It'll be open in collab with Footlocker, so I don't know if it'll be any better a place to go to for releases compared to a generic Champs or Footlocker, tbh. I feel like, if anything, it'll be a very popular location for lineups and open up some other downtown Footlocker/Champs locations release-day.
