I bought a pair. I like the colors and how they included the embossed box on the side and the stack of boxes on the insole.
I am a size 9.5 but with the SB Dunk Lows they fit too small, to me anyways. I think it may be the tongue. Trying a size 10 this time.

Grabbed the last pair in my size at the SF Vans store! This was a display model and they were totally sold out of the Buzz pair. Bunch of people were trying on and buying other pairs as well.
Just picked up a pair of Nike Blazers. It's seriously been over 10 years since I owned a dedicated pair of Nikes (low-top Dunks). I loved my Dunks and basically wore them until it started falling apart (RIP).

I've been wearing a ton of Chucks in the timeframe between my Dunks and now (along with random footwear). While Chucks are easy to style, I'm getting sick of them. And I've been wanting to own sneakers that feel more solid for some time as well.
I have a can of Walter's Total Protection waterproofing and stainproofing for shoes of different types (leather, suede, nubuck, etc.). Is this enough (with recommended application amounts) for protection, or is there a recommended product here?
That being said, I only see guides on cleaning on the OP, is the spray I have even necessary and it's all just a matter of consistent cleaning?

You should be fine. I would personally just tell you to wear them and not worry about a little dirt but even soap and water will be fine. The worn-in look looks great on blazers.

Thanks. I think I'll follow your lead. I never used to do anything to protect my shoes, especially since wearing Chucks, but now I'm a little conscious in keeping them looking nice. I had a similar worry to my Dunks from ages ago, but the moment I wore it and got some creases in, I stopped worrying.
Just to share, I also picked up a pair of Nike Kaishi Runs in red. This is sort of what got me back into checking out Nikes, and I think I've fallen back into the rabbit hole. Lord help me and my wallet.
