Same problem with the maroon 6s and even WC4s. Nike Air is cool and all but not 220$ cool. Especially when there are other releases crammed during holiday week and 3 yeezys release lol.

3.0s, the R2, these XR1s, those tri color PK R1s, the Harden shoes. I can't decide between these XR1 or the tan Alphabounce that are out tomorrow. I really like the alphabounce but I think they'll stay around longer.

I can guarantee you that people will not sleep on these. The hype for the XI is real and a lot of people have been waiting for its Space Jam incarnation. People won't want to pay reseller's rape prices so they'll fight tooth and nail for retail. I'll gladly pay $220 than $400-$500 any day.
Struck out on the Reigning Champs. Had a 7.5 in my cart for minutes but the checkout kept fucking up.
Also I was checking out some of the other pieces like the hoodies and they were made in the Philippines but still charge the same price as their normal hoodies? Like the whole reason I go to the brand is because of they're made in Canada. Same shit happened with the W+H collab, which disappointed me too.

Bit annoying when there are so many releases in the same week and so you have to pick and choose which ones to go for and just hope you can somehow manage to get lucky and get what you want.

Th RC UB are being released in many Canadian stores, best way to get them is camping lol. They're nice but I'm never into hyped sneakers.
Plays a part too. Me personally, if I'm paying that much for a pair of Jordans, I would much rather buy the older retros(2001 TB3s specifically) than this pair. Have no problem wearing a somewhat worn shoe over the brand new retail pair.

Don't see it. They'll sell out but there will be enough pairs for anyone who truly wants them.
They'll be on all the major sites (Eastbay, Footlocker, etc.) and on adidas.com for sure, just a matter of how difficult it will be since it's the first drop for 3.0. Could be tough. The time will be in the AM, usually sometime between 7-11 pacific.
The good thing is mainline ultra boosts usually aren't too scarce, so either a) the quantity will be high enough to make it easy or b) there'll be multiple restocks if this first drop is difficult.

The UB 3.0 are also releasing at the same time as multiple other sneakers from both Adidas and Nike so they shouldn't be too difficult to get.
Unless you're in Europe.
That's what I'm hoping for, but never underestimate resell bots.

Don't think the 31s will be a problem. Usually don't have a problem getting the newer models. It's the retros that are hard to get. You should be ok.

Are you in the US? The SNKRS app is probably your best bet for the 31s. Eastbay, footlocker, etc usually have problems because they get botted to hell but, like I said, that shouldn't be a problem since I don't think that'll be an issue.

Ace 16 Ultra Boosts have always been impossible to get. For as 🔥 as they often are I wonder why adidas even bothers making them considering they launch in such pathetic numbers.
I'm curious to see when the goodwill towards adidas turns on them completely due to pissed off people who can't ever purchase any of their sneakers, whether it be Ultra Boosts, NMDs or Yeezys. Nike should be taking advantage but they seem happy to just waddle along releasing retros.
Nike used to do limited releases, they've increased their production numbers for releases a little bit since then but I'd say most of their releases just sit now because of their move to increase prices across the board. To me that's commercial madness when they're selling a lot of the same tech (lunar, free, racer) as they did several years ago but for increased prices. Prestos and Huaraches sell for nearly as much as some boost shoes despite that tech being nearly a decade old. That bubble is going to crash soon too...
It's time for Puma to step up and make enough stock for reasonable prices and put Adidas and Nike in it's place lol

Thanks for the info, friend. Yea I'm in us, and I think Ima try my luck on eastbay. Man I haven't been this obsessed with shoes since the Jordan 13s lol.
I'm wearing my NMDs even though it's grimey and rainy, I just quit worrying. I wanted to keep them super clean since they're impossible to find but I give up. Once they break in (the Achilles area on the non-PK is pretty stiff) they're probably the most comfortable walking shoes I have. Better than the UB Uncaged and Flyknit Racers, which are both great. It's just dumb that NMDs are so constrained.

I'm wearing my UBs and it's been drizzling here all day but have had zero issues wearing them in the rain. Mostly taking advantage of the Continental sole, which has been great on wet surfaces.
My NMDs I've been treating like flip-flops honestly. Usually worn with no socks and wear them when I'm lazy. Since they're the mesh version, I don't care how grimy they get since cleaning isn't them a real priority for me.

Unless they're PK, mesh NMDs are easy enough to get I've found.

TB3 prolly have to do with price more than anything. I've heard conflicting reports about quality but mine look good. Still might send em back. Depends if I win on these Space Jams. Please lord, let me get a pair.
