Exactly. Its about knowing if you are "in group" (aka know your audience). There are MANY times in my life where I have been in social groups of various ethnic groups and the use of the familiar "Nigga" was used freely. In those groups it was simply a familiar greeting and identifying nomenclature. Never once did anyone say "OMG thats Racist!".... cuz it wasn't. It was just like saying "Bro." This is a reality that many middle class and above cannot fathom.

There is plenty of racial tension between blacks and asians. This isn't really indicative of there being some sort of unity between the two.

And even for Hispanics there is a giant “maybe” there based on how indigenous you look.
