So do you think Microsoft will fix this Walmart frequency thing?

Or is this going to be a problem with other retailers?

Both my local Walmarts in Dixon and Sterling IL have their Xbox 360's turned off. They say it screws up the photo lab and the photo printer as well as pricing scanners.
 
As far as I know it's not a MS problem but Walmart's (they are using old tech I believe)... but I remember reading that MS will try to help...

Yeah, this is all it sounds like. MS isn't going to change the fundamental technology that the 360 is built around. Walmart just has legacy systems that freak out with any sort of cordless phone or wifi type device.
 
Assuming the controllers are wired and the interference originates from the console looking for wireless controllers, couldn't they just rip out the thing that looks for controllers?
