I say October. I've reversed my earlier stance that it would only be a $129 drop.

Why?

- PS3 is coming earlier than expected

- Sony clearly is responding to Mcrosoft with the PS3 launch, so they might as well counter it with a PS2 price drop. Wring a few more dollars out of people's pockets that won't go to Microsoft. At the same time, take away some of the MONSTROUS hype that Xbox360 will have.
