So, I'm taking a course this semester - "Writing About Video Games"

I'm curious, are all of the students in your class English majors?

They're probably Communications majors.

My roommate was a Maths major, and he would have to come home and prove all these insane theorems and shit.

I was a Comm major, and we had to cut out pictures from magazines to make a collage! WEEE!!! :lol

I was a communications major for a semester when UCFs film school rejected me. The classes were interesting, but in no way related to what I hoped to do with my life.

The best part about Comm classes was all the women.

Couldn't tell you. It's a freshmen level writing course, so most of them are just taking it to fufill a requirement.

I feel sorry for the professors/TAs who have to read through this garbage for a living. All that schooling to read sub-junior high level writing... I shed a tear for you, college-level teachers of the world.

That explains the critical level a little better. I was worried that these were English majors.
