and there is no Tenchi! Some Sayin guy or something. My roommate bought the first disc. I saw the first couple, its actually pretty good. It takes place in the same universe and setting as tenchi but there is no Tenchi?! Does Tenchi ever show up for good or is it jus cameo appearances?

I only seen about 15 episodes, but I am pretty sure that Tenchi and co will make cameos. Ryo-oki showed up in one of the episodes.

I'm not sure which timeline the series takes place in, it could be either Tenchi Universe or Tenchi OAV.

It's the Tenchi OVA universe.. or so it claims, and I think there's a get-together in ep 17.

Personally, I don't care for it... along with what I've seen of the third ova.

With Tenchi on the cover, you would think there would be more, uh, Tenchi in the episodes.
