This thread alerted me to the existence of Mystery Incorporated so... could be worse.
So the next Scooby Doo show doesn't look too bad...

Dear god, why do they feel they have to re-make this franchise in some form every two or three years? Stop cancelling it at the drop of a hat or at least let it die with dignity. Don't even want to be reminded of mystery incorporated which was the only time I gave a damn about Scooby doo in forever.

Mystery Inc. I thought was the first post heyday adaptation that was good. Great animation and the darker style did not come at the cost of the overall Scooby Doo dynamic, though Freddy was a bit more silly that I would have liked lol. In all great show, and was cool to finally see these "kids" freaking parents.

I liked Mystery inc, I love this one so far. The humor is super up my alley. I laughed multiple times during that preview, and that's saying something I guess

Oh man, this was my show. There was something in the episode with the ghost chef that just cracked me up each time. I need to rewatch that episode.

It seems more Family Guy than Scooby Doo. It probably won't be as good as Mystery Incorporated but I might give it a watch.

Whoa, I never even knew Get a Clue existed. That show has a way worse artstyle than Be Cool. I just threw up in my mouth

I appreciate that they're open to such radical redesigns, even if the redesigns are divisive or not my cup of tea. If you want a Scooby Doo that looks like the original, guess what? There's like 1200 hours worth of Scooby Doo projects animated in that style for you.
It's vastly preferable to, say, the last several Tom and Jerry projects that have adhered to classic character models despite having the animation budget of Newgrounds videos.

Let's replace Mystery Incorporated with this. Let's replace Young Justice with Teen Titans Go. Let's replace The Clone Wars with Rebels (actually, Rebel's ain't half bad). Let's replace The Legend of Korra with nothing. Won't be long before they cancel Gravity Falls. What a sad time this is for western animation.
Yeah, I agree with this. I think it's pretty cool that they're open to shaking up the franchise so much, which they also did to a lesser degree with Mystery Incorporated. I really respect that, even if the interpretation doesn't end up doing much for me.

Teen Titans Go is pretty good though. Western animation is still doing really well especially on CN. It's more Western action animated shows that are slowly dying

As others have said looks like parody designs of Scooby Doo that you'd see in a show like Family Guy then a real Scooby Doo show. Seriously Daphine's eyes look horrible

Yeah, it's surprisingly smart and funny. Hope people can get past the art style and give it a chance.
I actually found myself laughing during an episode. I had to check wikipedia to see if there was Seth McFarlane involvement since it looks like a FG cut away gag and shares similar humor (and that guy who voices a number of generic characters in Seth's shows was in the cave mystery with the chicken worshiping natives).

Good thing the humor is a gazillion times better than Family Guy's and the series is actually really good.
