And that view is based on… ?

Is it simply that the main character isn’t a white male? Maybe I missed it but I haven’t even seen anyone allege a ‘twisted gender ideology’ until your post in relation to this game?

You ‘woke this, woke that’ guys need a new shtick - it’s beyond tiresome now.
The developer already mentioned, Naoe and Yasuke, are LGBTQ+ characters and will have same sex relationships in the game. Ubisoft hired a specialist in Japanese Gay literature to work With Assassin's Creed Shadows. Pointless, a good ninja game or assassins game can be made even without twisted gender ideology. It's is agenda and its again force to your throat and promoted.

Show me where they said that. I saw something where it was hinted that they ‘can’ although it wasn’t explicitly stated, but not seen anything that says that they must, which would be the requirement for them to be guilty of ‘forcing’ it, which was your very clear issue with the game.

So if it’s not forced, you’ll be okay with it, right? Because otherwise you would be the one forcing an ideology, not them.

And that’s been a theme in Assassin’s Creed going back many years anyway. Hate to shatter your world view, but the Greek and Roman empires were riddled with same sex relationships, so it’s just historically accurate.

Ubisoft hired a specialist in Japanese Gay literature to work With Assassin's Creed Shadows. Completely . Yes, those things like same sex relationships, incest, pedophilia etc, happens in the history, but for me, it is pointless, and unnecessary even in realism is there goal. You can make good ninja game or assassins game even without twisted gender ideology but It's is agenda and its again force to your throat and promoted, its obvious with twisted DEI impose in companies especially in the west. That is why stopped buying Assassin creed game after part 1. Buy it if you want. Well, again to end this, I will not buy this game.

Can you read?

None of those links show anywhere that Ubisoft has ever made any statement about any character being gay

“Naoe and Yasuke’s disparate personalities also lead them to have different relationships and rapports with other characters, and they don’t always feel the same way about people, nor do people always feel the same way about them. Romantically, they will also attract and be attracted to different types of people. Through the pair, players will get to experience a multitude of relationships.”

So it merely sounds like you are seeking to force that anything said about this, means same sex or DEI or "woke" or something, but the publisher's statements do not actually say anything like this,

Holy shit, did you even read your own links? Even the fucking link YOU PROVIDED is telling this doesn't even confirm that.

"Again, none of this is confirmation of an LGBT-whatever presence in the game"

Good luck

Japanese gay literature expert? You are just making this up…

Less ‘Qanon’, more ‘quod erat demonstrandum’ needed from you.

Don’t buy it, but don’t make stuff up.

Read between the lines on Ubisoft statement. Even in this websites.
And what's the point that Ubisoft even hired a specialist in Japanese Gay literature to work With Assassin's Creed Shadows. Completely. So there is an intention from Ubisoft to promote Twisted DEI. Anyway, my decision is, I will not buy this game. For me I will not purchase games that conditions our minds especially with twisted gender ideology.

Ubisoft hired LGBTQ+ activist Sachi Schmidt-Hori as a consultant for Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Anyway my decision is not the buy this game.

Sir, I'm only going to discuss this if you can actually provide a valid, factual link that the publisher ever made such a statement

The developer already mentioned, Naoe and Yasuke, are LGBTQ+

So this exact thing was never said by anyone at Ubisoft, not even close.

I get disliking a game, but this whole extreme thing of trying to force this narrative or lie about it or make all sorts of claims is getting a bit out of hand.

Moving forward man, I'm going to have to block you.

Here's some mind blowing new info.

You have two characters. One is large and strong. The other is small and weak. You can only lift heavier objects with the stronger character.

Ubisoft discovered carry weight in RPGs, lol.

Or is it just one of Phil's balls in my throat?

Seems like you may have missed the last couple of AC games. Same sex romances for both male/female protags were present in Odyssey and Valhalla as well. Both characters can romance both guys and girls in those games and this is doing the same thing.

I kinda like it. I think the choice of yasuke is a mistake, with the real world revisionist history they’ve pushed to justify his inclusion…which all feels pretty racist and fucked up. That aside, he looks pretty cool and the game looks good. What I’m most concerned about with it is a fight scene I saw where it took tons of sword strikes to take down a random nobody, including them living through a supposed super move thing. It’s certainly no Tsushima. This could be negated by playing 100% stealth as much as possible tho.
