Wow. Capcom, Square Enix, Media Molecule, From Software, ArkSystem Works... This is shaping up to be exciting. Here's hoping for megatons.

I wonder if we can expect a new trailer of Hellblade there as well. Ninja Theory and Guerrilla Games are probably the only Western studios I'm interested in seeing their new games from.
As for Japanese studios... hoping for Deep Down from Capcom, anything new that we don't actually know about from Square Enix (likely a vid of FFXV or KH3 from them them...), hopefully Sega and maybe Cyberconnect2 will announce their new game as well. Cygames has a PS4 game coming and hopefully we can see that get announced there too. Namco Bandai... new Tales of game or something completely new, outside of Bloodborne, maybe?
So much potential for PSX...

Not really sure what Sony's thinking was in having this event the week after Black Friday.
I Don't think they are going to change anyone's mind two weeks before Christmas. I guess if we are going to see any Bundled savings its going to be announced before then.

Yes, it seems highly likely that Sony is going to stage a huge event most likely costing millions of dollars just so they can show a few trailers to already announced games.
Oh, and also charge loyal fans money to see these trailers rather than just go on Youtube.
To conclude, of course there are going to be announcements.

Excepts we're 3 years earlier, and SE marketing machine it's just starting for FFXV, they're biggest game to date. After that, it'll be the turn of KHIII or DQXI.
I'm sure it'll be announced someday, but it's waaaaay too early, and Square has been critisized a lot for announcing projects long before anything substantial is avaible.
My wild guess would be E3 2016.
And the supposed revived IP for December is Crash Bandicoot imho.

Actually I would have a problem with that, because Squeenix in its current state is liable to fuck things up and do a disservice to the original.

I think they have a good number of great things to announce, and that they prefer to make it in a special Sony branded event focused to a global audience to celebrate the 20th anniversary of PlayStation, instead of giving this honor to an embarassing random show only focused to a single country.
