At least 12 hours for me. I wouldn´t be surprised if there are alot of people in front of me in the line.

Maybe I´m being a bit paranoid and you can be there 1 or 2 hours before the keynote starts and still make it in, but I´m not going to make a 7 hour drive to not get in lol.

I'll PM you so you can give me an estimate once you're in line ;). I'm flying in late Friday, I just didn't think 5,500 people would line up more than an hour or two early.

no way, The Witness is going to be playable. Going to get an announcement for No Mans Sky of some sort. Bloodborne playable ( maybe diff. area then Gamescom? ). Axiom Verge will be there. Uncharted 4 is being featured. They will be showing things " they probably shouldn't be ", which either means new footage of a game like Uncharted 4, a trailer for GG's new robo-dino WRPG. Ono will be on hand with Capcom representation, so at the very least Deep Down will be present, maybe a western release date announcement? The director of Rime will be on hand at one of the panels.

I'm not expecting the moon to rotate or anything, but knowing everything as we know now, already an extremely fine treat for anyone able to go out there.

Ono has nothing to do with REmake HD, so it would be weird if he was the one representing Capcom at the event if it's that.

He's most likely just there for Deep Down, but with all the rumors of another PS4 exclusive from Capcom with Ono attached one can dream!

Edit: Other than Killer Instinct S2. That's definitely not happening though. Seeing as they ported Borderlands 2 to the Vita, it might be a Pre-Sequel port.

I wouldn't mind a Borderlands Pre-Sequel port on the PS Vita after all (thou it holds no weight) IIRC Randy Pitchford did say he would like to see the subsequent releases of Borderlands on PS Vita.

IIRC didn't Sony leaked on their website RE Revelations 2 coming to PS Vita during TGS but never got announced? This might be the official announcement.
 
Woah, so people are really going all out to be there. Hope Sony delivers or there might be some bitter people in the audience. :P

I'll be watching from home, my only demands are one new AAA game and Uncharted 4 footage. :)

Yeah, except you get to meet people behind the scenes. Get to ask them questions, pick their brains as to why they made certain decisions that they made. If you are into that that alone would be worth it.
 
Man I wish I lived even remotely close to Vegas to attend this. Looks like it will be so much fun. I will definitely be glued to my laptop screen when this event takes place to keep up with the announcements and what not.

Doesn't make much sense to spend so much money and time throwing something like this to show things we have already seen. If they can get enough hype going after this thing they might not have to drop the price to maintain its momentum through the holidays. Maybe a price drop will be part of the show, who knows.
 
I'm as excited for the next guy about the plethora of announcements, but if they could only just resurrect Crash, it would be the greatest conference in the history of conferences.

From all of my con experience, 12 hours will guarantee you first place in line, if not mighty damned close. I'll be rolling into the line round 3-4 hours before the expo opens.

The catch here is that we don't even know how many tickets are going on sale. 5,500 people into the keynote isn't anything to be concerned about if, say, they only sell 6,000 tickets. Maybe someone can harass the Venetian and score some info about how many tickets are allocated. Tickets aren't sold out, that is for certain.

More like in Neogaf, Sony will be crucified here if they dont deliver with all this hype

I am excited but am going to keep my expectations, Uncharted 4 gameplay and No man sky's new is really all I see, but maybe because thats enough for me

I believe this event will want to show games in 2014 with panels, and some games in 2015
Sony will want to leave a lot for E3, Gamescon and other events next year, they cant show too many now

..and Dying Light. Avalanche still has it pegged for "sometime in 2015" but the game hasn't been publicly seen since Gamescom 2013....

I assumed it would be a May 2015 release to coincide with the movie but now I'm not so sure.
