Yeah, but that calls for more attention than just a regular trolling ban. It was a weird time to get banned after all the hype around this event and him starting the bet. He was careless in that Wii U thread, lol.
I´m probably wrong in thinking that, but I´m just giving a possible scenario.
Verendus will rise again - maybe not in the same guise, but he will rise like a phoenix and provide even more hints, all while posing as PR for Microsoft.

This sorta reminds me of that anime film Night on the Galactic Railroad. In other words, it's a damn shame that this got cancelled, because even just going off of the artwork, it looks super intriguing.
Oh well, at least we got Ni no Kuni in the end.

My bad, I got it in my head somehow that Strelka Stories was a Level 5 game. Probably because of that talk earlier about Yokai Watch originally being on the PS3.

I can't help but wonder if Sony has approached Sega to make the Shenmue Remastered Collection an actual thing in the same way they approached Disney and used their influence to make Grim Fandango Remastered actually happen. We've seen pictures of Suzuki together with Mark Cerny and Yoshida in recent times, Sony employees keep acknowledging the game like Scott Rhode did through Twitter, and it was one of the most commonly requested titles when Sony asked that one time what people want to see on the PlayStation systems.
I heard a Shenmue Collection was planned at one point, but licensing issues got in the way. If Sony could exert their influence and smooth out those issues... hoo boy!

Baby steps. Before Shenmue III can happen, Sony/Sega need to test the waters with the HD Collection, to see how the series fares in this day and age.
I'm not expecting any big announcement, maybe MM's new IP, but the constant build up to the next Sony event, waiting for the megatons, is taking it's toll at this point. Obviously the image is a joke, but I'm going to expect nothing, so I can't be disappointed...

There's definitely a better chance of The Last Guardian being re-revealed at this event than there ever was of it showing up at Gamescom or TGS.

I think there is no way you´re going to be disappointed if you actually attend the event. It seems like Sony is going all out to please them (Keynote, playable games, merchandise, panels, etc.)
For those who will only watch the streams, yeah. Keep expectations to a minimum. Uncharted 4 gameplay should be there though.
This is all I want really. Everything else is just icing... delicious icing.
