Um, why do you want a pagefile on every partition, when they're all the same physical disk?

800mb min and max on the main drive. No page file on the others.

Having a page file spread over multiple partitions or drives is actually slower than just having one main one on the system drive.

For that matter, why did you bother partitioning it at all. Partitioning is so last century.

I partition my drives. It makes organization much neater instead of having a bunch of folders in the root directory of the system drive.

Partitioning into a system partition and then *other* is nice. That when you do a fresh install you don't have to worry about data loss.

There's no difference. You're just moving the branch point of the higherarchy up one level.

C:\Games is no different from D: [Games]. Plus if you suddenly find your partitioning is wrong in its estimations you're fucked or you go the risky route of a repartitioning tool.

2 partitions I can understand. 4 is just silly.

Partitioning drives makes reinstalling windows much easier since you don't have to worry about backing up your data when it's in another partition.

Yeah, like I said, that explains 2. Not 4 though.

I don't really think of that because I use a fileserver to achieve the same goal.
